I'm thinking it would be beneficial to include the following with the images/links to the videos:

Name/Topic of Video
Date of presentation.

Right now it's fairly difficult to determine what the topic was. If we're adding a fourth, let's go with a grid of two rows, with two, rather than three videos in each row.
