Hi Sarah, we need to transfer the Astera Cancer Care Facebook page, but it looks like we don't have the right access somehow.

In Business Manager, it's showing Andrew that we have full access to the page (without being the owner). Would you be able to take a look into why we can't grant access to the new agency?

I also checked your permission on the page and I found that you have manage permissions via a Business Manager (10152895006206652) as an agency but you do not have a direct admin access to the page itself. In order for you to be able to add people via the page settings in page role, you must be added as admin of the page directly via the page settings instead of through an agency BM."

Is there a way to see who is the admin of the page so that they can add Joe?

Unfortunately I am unable to see any of the page roles with my access, which I would assume is the same from your end, and FB doesn't give out that kind of info. Anyone in the company who has a page role on the actual page should be able to see this information though. Needs to be an Admin.
