Hi,

RR:3/21
Moderate

We will need to update all the NP and pharmacist bio pages with their new headshots. Please be sure to keep consistency across all bios as we have done for MDs.

We will be dropping in a folder with all of the headshots once Simona completes. The bios that need updating are the following:

NPs:
Keilynn Alicea, MSN, APN-C
Rachel Carroll, FNP-BC
Tina D. Flocco, ANP-BC
Amita B. Patel, NP-C
Michael J. Rodia, Jr. PA-C
Valerie Shander, AOCNP, FNP
Shannon L. Woerner, ANP-BC

Pharmacists:
Marisa Keck, PharmD
Eileen R. Peng, PharmD

Let myself or Diana know if you need anything else. Thank you!

Sean Mee, Healthcare Success
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe  Any update on if we have these headshots yet?

Sean Mee, Healthcare Success Sean ,

Since dropbox wasn't an option, and the files are too large for an email, I just attached them below. The first 8 are NPs and the last 2 that I separated are Pharmacists.

Please let us know if there is anything else you need.

Thank you!!

Can you go through each bio and make sure everything looks correct? Also I noticed that we use Certification or Certified lets stick to one.
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success
Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana ,

A noticed these inconsistencies:

Change from certification to certified
Keilynn Alicea, APN-C
Josh Oderanti, DPN, APN, FNP

All bios include licensed and certified. These are missing licensed. Are they not licensed, or are we missing info?
Rachel Carroll, FNP-BC
Valerie Shander, FNP, AOCNP

Michael J. Rodia, Jr. PA-C
Leadership Positions: Clinical Preceptor (Past)
Should this say former instead of past?
If we stick with past, should it be lowercase?

Marisa Keck, PharmaD
PharmaD: Doctor of Pharmacy, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ
(add comma)
BS: Pharmacy, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ
(add comma)
Awards:
Great Catch Award Recipient (R should be lowercase)

Josh Oderanti, DPN, APN, FNP
For more information about Josh Oderanti, DPN, APN, FNP-BC, or to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced cancer physicians, call... (at bottom of page)
Only listing with post-nominal letters after their name in this section
Only listing with Honors AND Awards, all others are only Awards

Need to make For more information section consistent:
Josh Oderanti  experienced cancer physicians
You can also request an appointment via

Eileen Peng experienced, caring oncologists
You may also request an appointment using

Marisa Keck experienced cancer physicians
Or you can
request an appointment via

Shannon Woerner experienced, dedicated cancer doctors
Or
feel free to request an appointment using

Valerie Shander experienced, cancer-care providers (would not need comma)
Or you can
request an appointment using

Michael J. Rodia experienced cancer physicians
Or you can
request an appointment via

Tina Flocco experienced cancer-care providers (only hyphenated cancer-care)
Or you can
request an appointment using

Rachel Carroll experienced, dedicated cancer care providers
Or you can
request an appointment using

Keilynn Alicea experienced, dedicated cancer care providers
Or you can
request an appointment using

Suggestions:
  • make all Or you can request an appointment using
  • make all experienced cancer care providers or experienced, dedicated cancer care providers
Lastly, when you condense the window to check mobile, across all pages, this is what it looks like:
Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe ,

For all the changes above that you can make please edit in word press. For those you still have questions on leave as is. For the last point assign to Sean.

Also, in the
Need to make For more information section consistent:
For all the NP's let's make sure it says Advance Practice Providers rather than cancer providers

For Marisa and Eileen
Should say experienced caring Pharmacist
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success
Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana

For all the NP's:
Should it say advancepractice providers instead of advance?
Also, do you want "Advance Practice Providers" caps or lowercase?

For Marisa and Eileen:
Should it say experienced, caring Pharmacist?
Should I add the comma?
Also, please advise on capitalization for these two.

Thanks!
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success
Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana

Also, what would you like me to do with those missing licensed?
and
To keep the info section at the bottom consistent, do you want all to say:
Or you can request an appointment using or a different option?
Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success
Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana

I made all of the changes that I listed above.

I am going to go back in and triple check everything, but it would be great if you could take a look too, and make sure everything is consistent.

Also, some of the names on the advanced practice providers page were inconsistent with their names on the actual bio pages. (both middle initials and post-nominal letters.

Thank you!
