Hi Simona,

Can you please answer Dorothy's question on how it would print? Maybe provide the size? I've attached the mockups with name edits.

Hi Rachel, I have a few questions: for the sympathy card – I don’t understand how this would print – seems cover is vertical and second page horizontal and what would size of card be. Can you please clarify how this would be laid out. Also, can “the physicians & staff of RCCA CJD” on the second page be larger font; M. Hill should be deleted as she’s no longer here; Eileen Peng should be after S. Woerner, so that all NP, APNs are together. The envelope for the card looks good. We had requested formatting for a 5 x 8 pad – is what you forwarded a note card that would only have RCCA on the front and then all MDs/NPs, addresses on the back of the card? I believe I forwarded a sample of the 5 x 8 notepaper that the EB MDs use that has the 7 MDs listed on front – it’s regular paper, not heavy note card stock. -Do you understand what she is saying here?

The sympathy card is a 4" x 6" fold over card. It opens up like a card and has 4 sides - front, inside left, inside right and back. I marked up the pdf to show that (and a dashed line where the fold of the card would be). I guess she can think of it like a typical thank you card. That might be the best example of what it would look like.

The note card is not that size - do you want me to resize it? It was designed to go in the same envelope as the sympathy card. I'm assuming they won't need envelopes for it since it's a note pad. However, most notepads do not have back side printing. Do they want me to include that? Also, is all of this 4 color?

Okay, for the notecard they need it to be a 5 x8 note pad. Is it possible to fit all of the info that is on the back on the front?

For the sympathy card,

Dorothy hesitates to put the logo on the front – Can we make Message of Sympathy a little larger. On page 3, can the font be larger and a little softer – maybe italics would work – im not sure. Also do you think we could list just the 18 MD names in 3 columns on the bottom of this page? Leave off NPs and Pharmacist and not put that box on page 4? Page 4 – maybe just has the logo? I’m not sure about all of this so appreciate your expertise – but my only concern is that I do not want it to have an advertising slant, as it’s sympathy card. Was kind of thinking of those you buy in store and simplicity of them. Thank you!
