Because the client has too many doctors, we had to split the names into two columns. Unfortunately, alphabetical ordering in the menu system is left to right, not left column, then right column. To achieve this order, we have to manually reorder the doctor names. I attached a screenshot how how this looks.

The Word doc is helpful, it easy to see how the names need to be ordered, left to right, top to bottom. Whomever adds new providers, needs to keep this in mind.
