Hi Rachel,

As I recall, HCS was working on updating Healthgrades.  Dr. Fang just brought to my attention if you search on Google for cancer care in east Brunswick NJ; and scroll down to healthgrades; the Healthgrades info is incorrect.  Is this something that is being worked on/or can be worked on? It lists Susan Doyle and she has not been employed here for several years.  Also Drs. Salwitz, Karp and Fang are missing.  Also just needs to be cleaned up in general with link to our new website; notation it’s Central Jersey Division, etc. 

I know you are all busy with the website now, but when you have a chance, can you please advise.

Ok, here's an update for this week:

• The re-verification for Dr. Salwitz should have arrived in the mail
• I contacted Healthgrades and am in the process of setting up a "Provider Administrator" account under the cjoncology@gmail.com account so Dorothy can have master access to all the physician's Healthgrades accounts. I'm also trying to do the same with the locations listed on Healthgrades. Once I get access (not sure exactly how long that will take). I'll be able to make all of the necessary edits. 
• I started on Doctor info. summaries, which I'll use to update information on Google and all doctor review sites. They ideally should be approved by the doctor first if possible. Once I get the information approved, I'll start editing Google. I started on Drs Salwitz, Fang and Nissenblatt. I'll email you their summaries on Monday.
