For the second concern, I'm going through and working on "flagging" outdated addresses when I find them. However, sometimes Google formulates different search results based on location and personal search history, so I don't always see the same ones as Jeremy. Unfortunately, RCCA has changed offices so much, it may never be perfect. 

Additionally, it also takes Google some time to reflect the changes I've made. 

This is an ongoing project and I'm trying my best to make all of the necessary changes.

What do you think about the first phone number question?

I'd say we have changed the address and phone number, but it will take time for Google to recognize all of the changes. We will need to continually flag and close old listings though.

Did you ever hear back about our response to his questions?

I went through and Googled all of the providers names and flagged any old locations that came up. 

Thanks for doing that! He said he would look into it with Dorothy regarding the map quest, white pages, etc.
