Can you please look in to the following issues?

1. Follow up with Dorothy on this: I went onto the Rep. Mgmt. website to read the reviews that were sent in (as I had in the past); seems when I clicked on "show" on bottom right, I get a message that says "processing"; but the reviews do not populate.  Not sure if this could be my computer (tried a few things) or maybe I need to be added in the system for each site so that I have access to review (?).  

2. I see for Hamilton office in the Total Online REview column it says there were 17 reviews; could you please check on this, as since the Hamilton office is new, we have not received any email addresses from that site yet, so there should not be any emails sent to pts. from that site.  

3. There are several reviews that were not for the EB office, that have been posted to the EB office - a few of these are ok in that they do not mention specific MDs. However, there are two that mention specific MDs that need to be addressed. 

Please move over to the SV office two reviews - one that mentions Dr. Toomey (dated 2/7) and the other mentions Dr. Steven (dated 2/5); If they can't be removed please let me know and just remove them.

It's working for me. I just checked. Not sure why it's doing that. Maybe ask which Browser it is?

Those reviews are being pulled from their main Facebook page and aren't specific to just Hamilton.
