Hi Celeste,
It seems our google listings have reverted back to the way they were prior to Healthcare Success updating them!!
Ex: DR. Fang is now listed on Elizabeth Ave. in Somerset.
Dr. Fang is very concerned and requesting we figure out how this could have happened. I plan to review them – but in the meantime, does Healthcare Success know anything about this?
Thank you!CC:Diana

When I Googled Dr. Fang, it matches what we have control over in GMB.
We have two listings for Dr. Fang. One for East Brunswick and one for Hamilton.
The reason for discrepancies (if they ever find them) is because anyone on the internet can suggest an edit, and Google itself can decide to accept it or deny it. If it is accepted, and we aren't aware, (aka not checking everyday) then that's why there are errors.
The good news is that we have access to pretty much anything, so I can go in there and update the listings if they have specific updates.
These are all of the listings we have control of:
Please let me know if there's anything else I should look for.
Thanks!
Can we please fix that issue with Dr. Fang?
Is he not at Hamilton and East Brunswick?
We do not own any listing and I did not see anything come up for him for Somerset.
Wait, I found it.
I can just suggest it's closed or doesn't exist. (we don't own this erroneous listing)
I suggested to Google that this doesn't exist. I will get an update in a few days whether or not they accept it. If that doesn't work then I can try other suggestions to get it taken off.
I googled his name with somerset, and nothing comes up anymore. Google accepted my change that this listing/place didn't exist.
Thank you!
Closing out, but if you have more or different concerns in the future regarding listings, just let me know.
