The client notice today that there is a formfill they received that is not showing in Agency analytics. Any thoughts as to why that might be?

I checked every form fill submission in CallRail and there's no form fill from Harry Lotrowski or the email used, so I'm not sure where it came from (?).

The Form Fill report below from this month (Oct.) shows no form fills on Saturday the 17th or 18th.

The form fill submission either came in from a different source or slipped through and didn't register in CallRail (which I doubt happened).

Hi Raheim,

The form fill is actually from October 9th. I had already checked CallRail & Agency analytics and couldn't find it.

I think I know what the problem is. The form fill is from the infusion site: https://www.specializedinfusiontherapy.com/

Which it doesn't look like we're actually tracking.

do we want to track from fill submissions from https://www.specializedinfusiontherapy.com/ - I'm not sure how many they get from this site and or why we aren't tracking? Is there a reason?

I can't say why we aren't tracking them. We send paid ads to the site, so we should be tracking.

, are we tracking ALL calls & form fills to the SIT site? Or just from paid?

If it's not too much, I would like to track all calls and forms to the site

We are indeed set up to track all calls and forms coming for the infusion therapy site. Calls are coming in just fine from all sources. Looks like on forms though, barely any are coming through besides ones from Google Ads. No idea why so I'll reach out to Callrail support. The script is verified and working so will find out.

Do you know how many forms they've received via organic/direct/other forms in October as an example? I can then present this data to Callrail

So you're saying they only received 1 form total? Then our form data is correct then in Callrail. Shows 1 form.

For calls other than Google Ads, they are showing just fine now in Callrail now. Maybe a glitch. They have several calls last month from other sources. Just have to filter it by landing page, type in specialized infusion, select all and you're good to go. Let me know if you still have issues.
