Hi Greg Ashbaugh, Sr. Copywriter at Healthcare Success Greg ,

https://centraljerseyrcca.com/

This is what we plan on sending the the client. Can you please review and make sure it's correct?

Recommended additional pages:

Community Involvement Page
 Challah Fund
  • Add info on fund to this page
  • We also recommend creating a brochure directed towards volunteers
  • Has an existing Facebook page
  Partners in Healing
  • Currently has a brochure, but we recommend revising to make more professional
  • There are several groups on Facebook with this name
Should have a social media presence if it doesn't already

We recommend including information on other things RCCA is involved in or sponsor, such as Elijah’s promise, Wine-n-Roses, etc.

Education Information Page  (Need to discuss with Dr. Fang)
  • Add it to the About section in Nav (After the QOPI page, and before the Testimonials page)
  •  Percy Yeung research/ clinical trails (On hold)
We recommend mentioning the education/training information throughout the site in addition to this page, but feel there is no need to add a section about this on the Home page

Suggested changes to existing pages (if we add the additional pages above):
Home page
  • Add a "Community Involvement" section to the Home page
  • Move the community involvement copy (that is currently on the Accessibility page) to this section
Accessibility page
  • Remove community involvement copy so this page focuses solely on accessibility

Here is your thinking behind the suggested pages.
This is more of an FYI, but if I got anything wrong, let me know.

Education initiative/training page:
This is your feedback on the answers the client gave to your questions.

  • This warrants a page, for sure. Not yet sure what to call it, but that's immaterial at this point.
  • I recommend we add it to the About section after the QOPI page and before the Testimonials page.
  • As for "outlining" the page, we don't typically do that (and I realize you're not pushing me for that; just being fully clear). Really, they just provided us the outline. As for what to use, in what order and how presented, that is all stuff that gets figured out in the writing. Like all our pages, I'd like to write it and submit it and see what they say. They tend to like how we operate/think.
  • The info in these answered questions is really great marketing stuff. It's a huge credibility builder. So in addition to a dedicated page (a slam-dunk), I recommend we add mention of the education/training stuff throughout the site. It's a rocking differentiation point, like "experienced" or "board-certified" or any of a hundred great things about this practice. Like those, we should mention this stuff, and we should link to the page in some of those cases (but likely not all). Where to add it? Wherever it is appropriate, not distracting and not overdone.
  • I do NOT think we should add a new section to the Home Page on the education stuff. We can mention, but it's really a subset for About.
  • The high school stuff may warrant another page, one covering community involvement. For that, I recommend we also include the Nissenblatt charity stuff and all their other involvement efforts (such as Elijah's Promise and other things in which they are involved).
  • For this community involvement page, I recommend we put it in the About section after the Patient Testimonials page.
  • I'd also add a section on community involvement to the Home Page. However, the Accessibility section currently discusses community involvement. I recommend we revise that section to focus solely on accessibility and create a new Home Page section focused on community involvement, an important topic for this client.

Challah Fund & Partners in healing information that was provided to us:

Do you still want us to ask the client these questions?
  • Do either of these organizations have any objectives of their own for this marketing?
  • What is RCCA-CJ’s objective in marketing these organizations?

Clinical Trials Page (On hold)
The last concept that we keep going back and forth on, is the clinical trials page.

Dr. Fang was satisfied, for now, with the Clinical Trials page they already have (and which he'd forgotten about). https://centraljerseyrcca.com/services/clinical-trials/

But, we will have to add information about Percy Yeung when we receive it. If you have a different idea of how to possibly incorporate this.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you!!

Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe and Leslie Hines, Healthcare Success Leslie :

Just went through all this and my prior notes. All looks good to me, with these minor caveats:
  • The word doc titled "RCCA-CJD_Notes_Challa and Partners (5) was created/provided by me rather than to us by them.
  • The two questions I still have should probably be asked on the phone in real time by me so I can dig deeper, ask follow-up questions, etc.
Otherwise, this all checks out.

Got it, thanks for clarifying. I definitely agree with having you jump on a call with the client for those questions. I will keep you updated.

Thank you so much!
