if possible, let's remove the form, and add a column/margin/padding on either side of the page content, so it's about the same line length, with a column width of content on either side.

Links to the clinical trial website should open in a new window, with rel noopener noreferrer. I don't think we need an accordion here, maybe just a simple table-based section for the clinical trials grouping.
