Hi Greg,
The St Peter’s Gala ad was redesigned, but the client still has some concerns with it:
Client comments:- The graphic says “CJD” – many will not know what CJD is, I would suggest spelling that out.
- Can the bulleted section please be reviewed– seems redundant (word “care” is used 4 x – collaborative delivery of care/care coordination/single provider care). Also says highest standard of medical care – should that be oncology, hematology and radiation oncology instead of medical. And 35 board certified oncologists – not all are oncologists, some radiation oncologists and also hematologists.
- Locations – Langhorne PA needs to be added, as PRO is there too.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you!

I'm only able to change one instance of "care" in that block section. It's "care" that we're talking about, and "treatment" will only stand in for one of those instances. Please note, too, that there are four instances of "and" in that same section, and those "ands" are just as fundamental and non-problematic as "care." Really, we are talking about med/rad onc care, delivery of care, and single-provider care. They present no problem, but trying to use alternative words would, as would trying to force-change these real marketing points simply to avoid a fundamentally important and valid word.
I've added Langhorne, but I think it's a mistake, for these reasons:

How should we address this comment the client had? Did you disagree, and that's why there were no changes?
Thank you!
So, my understanding is that there are 35 doctors between RCCA-CJD and PRO who are board-certified in one of the two types of oncology. The term "oncologist" is intended to refer to all 35 cancer doctors, whether they are med oncs or rad oncs. The point is they are cancer specialists.
As for hematologists, if there are any doctors who are hematologists but NOT oncologists, let me know. This ad is cancer-oriented, so I felt it was off-topic to discuss blood diseases. But I'm most troubled by the client thinking that med oncs are "oncologists" but rad oncs are not. They are all board-certified cancer specialists, except for any hematologists who are NOT board-certified in oncology.
I'm happy to change "35 board-certified oncologists" to "35 board-certified cancer specialists." The only problem there is that there is no board certification for "cancer care" but, rather, only for "medical oncology" and "radiation oncology."
Good catch. Let me know if you want to discuss.
We asked the client about the 35 doc. question, and this was her response. Can you please update based off of her feedback?
Thank you!
Here you go. Please review carefully.
