Can you please 1.) set me up with RCCA-CJD Access to Rep Management 
I thought I had this but can't find it!!

2.) confirm language in emails going out that state to contact your office with any questions regarding your care. Dorothy believes this is complete.

3.) confirm that an email goes out once a patient gives a positive site review 
automatically requesting reviews for external sites and sent me what those external sites are.
