We had our first discussion with the new marketing team for Astera yesterday, and it turns out they use CallRail as well for tracking.
Do you know if it would be possible to transfer the account in any way to them?

I need an email from the admin on their account approving the transfer, their account number, and the company/numbers that need to be transferred from our account. There is no downtime on the numbers during the transfer.
Do we need to dictate which numbers need to be transferred from our account?
Now that I look at their account, I don't see any numbers they have to import over. They are just random website pool numbers and call extension numbers they can create on their end. But if they just don't want to have to create new numbers, then I guess we can have these transferred. Usually, it's the static promo numbers that are important for transferring over. We don't have any traditional numbers correct?
So please provide me then with approval to transfer the numbers over from the admin on Callrail for their new agency. And their account number.
