Steve Let's table this for now, and I'll talk to Niki about what to do about the hours.
We may end up waiting to do this on Nov 1.

I'm not so concerned about the hours since I wouldn't bill the quarter hour to swap the image. More concerned about the cropping and placement of the photo. Since the porportions of the banner image changes with the size of the viewport and the title of the page (doctors/providers) overwrites the image of the docs, I would suggest placing the photo in the body copy below the page headline.
