Hi Scott Orchard, 👨🏻‍💻 at Healthcare Success Scott

Are you able to swap the homepage stock photo main image of the couple with the doctors group shot today? That is may last today request!

You can definitely shorten it vertically I would say by a solid 30 pixels

Let me see what I can do, I should have time.

Awesome - I appreciate it and won't ask for anymore same day favors. Dr. Fang and Dorothy will be thrilled :)

This photo is a little hard to work with, so I'll have to move messaging to the bottom. On smaller sizes, I can tweak the copy to keep just the title and CTA, but here's the desktop version, let me know your thoughts:

I'll send it over to the client to preview on staging and let you know.
Anyway to get the tall doc in the back to the left of Dr. Fang to not have his head cut off on the initial page load?

I love it- thanks Scott Orchard, 👨🏻‍💻 at Healthcare Success Scott !

Jennifer Foor, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Jennifer the more I think about this, it's not really best practices to have the physician team as the hero image. We had a previous client that did this against our recommendations. Typically we want to lead with TA photos, but there isn't a problem having a team group shot down farther on the page.

If they're not happy with the hero image, we can find something else.

Niki Kaylor, Director of Client Services at Healthcare Success Niki Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona do either of you want to weigh in? I totally understand if Dr. Fang wants this, but as a patient visiting the site, I may not care if they have a bunch of physicians.

Also, depending on the size of your browser window, someone may be cut off. I had to go from 400 pixels to 500 for the height, but I may be able to crop the photo differently.

What if we use one of the action shots of a doctor (Dr. Fang) with a patient as the homepage hero image?
Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success
Scott Orchard, 👨🏻‍💻 at Healthcare Success Scott not sure they insisted on it but they do like it and want to promote it.
We can put it farther down the page.
Niki Kaylor, Director of Client Services at Healthcare Success Niki  Dr. Fang's were't the best shots. Maybe a collage of 3-4 shots from different locations?

Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona that's not a bad idea, we could collage something for the hero.

I get that they like it, and ultimately if that's what they want, we follow direction, but I just wanted to add my thoughts.
Jennifer Foor, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success
I actually like it! I was skeptical at first, but I think it's looks nice.

Please keep in mind too that we will be rotating two spots in early Nov.

I'm sending it over - letting him know it's one concept, and we are working on a second collage.  Does that sound like a plan to everyone?

I like Simona's suggestion of doing a collage. That way several doctors get exposure.

Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona I have direction from the client on the collage - 4 images if we can.

Here are the doctors to feature:

East Brunswick- Dr. Ronnen
Edison-Schuman;
Somerville - Pan, Khalid or Trivedi - From Dr. Fang whatever is the best shot
Somerset - Desai

I'll pull some shot ideas and upload.

I'm trying to mix in some non white coats here--
Dr. Lampert- Somerset, Monroe, Hamilton (not on the initial list from the client)

Dr Nissenblatt - East Brunswick, Somerset (not on the initial list from the client, but a nice shot with 'patients' and the office.)

Hi Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona

To recap the homepage collage.
I have direction from the client on the collage - 4 images if we can.

Here are the doctors to feature:

East Brunswick- Dr. Ronnen
Edison-Schuman;
Somerville - Pan, Khalid or Trivedi - From Dr. Fang whatever is the best shot
Somerset - Desai

I pulled the photos above as a starting point, but feel free to swap as appropriate.
Please note that Dr. Lampert and Nissenblatt are not on Dorothy's list... I was looking for photos that were a bit different than the docs with a patient. Not sure if there is a way to do more than 4 photos.

Please feel free to call me to discuss if it's easier x116

I like the second version with the dividers, which is something we don't normally do. Since this is on the home page, I'd need to most likely resize the photos, the current dimensions look more like the size of the internal page header.

Are we planning on leading with these photos, then showing the awards? I'd recommend this order, as it features doctors interacting with patients, which should resonate better with prospective patients.

I'm sending the one with the lines to the client. Thank you both!

The client has approved the collage for the main image of the carousel.
Can you please update it when you can? (Swap out the photo of the couple)
Scott Orchard, 👨🏻‍💻 at Healthcare Success
Jennifer Foor, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Jennifer   we have a small problem, the image that Simona provided is sized for the internal page headers, which are 1300 by 300. The home page carousel is currently 1400 by 600, but we have a version that was 1300 by 400 pixels, which we were planning on using as a smaller version of the carousel.

Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona can you create a version that is 1300 by 400?

Another option is to animate the images in separately, but I feel like we've spent a lot of time on several revisions of the carousel, and none have launched.
Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success
Scott Orchard, 👨🏻‍💻 at Healthcare Success Scott  I can resize.

Thanks guys! I definitely don't want to spend time animating it.
Let's just go with the 1300 by 400 pixels.

Looks good Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success Simona ! Is there anyway to work another patient in?
Simona Ramos, Healthcare Success
Not at this size and not with 4 photos. If we reduce it to 3 photos then yes.
Jennifer Foor, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success
OK, thanks. Let's go with it.
Jennifer Foor, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success
Jennifer Foor completed this to-do.
