You'll note that really only one person is responding to email inquiries:
Sherry Appleman -- Responds to email inquiries, primarily from the website "contact us:" Also is back-up for phone inquiries if Lara is out or needs assistance for part-time hours.
Lara Matisek -- Patient Advocate in-office, answering all phone calls, providing superb information to prospective patients, but not responding to initial email inquiries. She does exchange emails and sends information electronically usually after she has had a phone conversation with a prospective (or existing) patient:
If Lara is not able to answer phone, incoming calls go directly to Stericycle but that team does not receive or answer emails at all. They might forward a phone message requesting electronic information so would forward that message to Sherry (and it would be cc'd to Lara and I receive a copy of all phone messages.)
