The client is trying to rewrite our approved testimonials. Doing that creates a whole new layer of resubmission and reapproval, which I submit is flat-out crazy. So that you are aware, I'm ONLY going to make changes to the testimonials if they are small and reasonable (meaning a word here or there, no tonal or meaning tweaks). The testimonials, since approval, are now the patients' words.
