Hi Ladies,

I just got off the phone with Brad. I know he has been playing phone tag with you Niki and I am under the impression he was trying to go around you and get someone else who will give him the answer he wants. Which he thought was me. 

Here's how the conversation went:

"We are very unsatisfied. Not happy at all. We want to do 3 months of PPC and you keep saying 6 months in this addendum. We tell you we want 3 and you keep coming back with 6." I said that is our agency rule for all clients and this is artificial intelligence which takes time to ramp up. Well we want to 3 months. 

I asked him if he is available for our "meeting of the minds" time on Wednesday so we can answer all questions there. He is not. I asked for another date/time that he is available (Penny emailed today saying she has the date/time noted). He wouldn't answer me. So I asked him to email me or call me with a date/time and then I can check in with everyone again.

He said if they hadn't paid us the 60k we would have been fired by now. I didn't respond to that statement. I  mentioned that he should speak with Niki since I am not in management and can't make agency decisions about 3 months vs. 6 months,  as well as, he should be on our meeting of the minds call. Clearly, this will never happen. Blocks and Brad on the same call with us. They are playing us.

He seemed relatively irritated that he didn't get the answer he wanted so he said "I guess I should call Niki then". I said yes that would be great since you have both had prior conversations about this.  I told him you would be back on Monday.
