Halfway down the page it mention the differences between this procedure and traditional surgery (ie 1/4 inch incision, as opposed to 1 inch in incision in the copy) . I'd request that in the copy (removal of: pain in the arms and spinal fusion)

Instead of si joint fusion, one of the following treatments:

superion interspinous spacer
