Hi Greg and Roya,
http://gchcsl.wpengine.com
See the client's comments below.
With Southern Lifestyle being an assisted living center that cares for all levels including independent, assisted, memory care, short respite stay and even hospice care- I feel we need to make sure the verbiage speaks to that audience. The verbiage also needs to speak to the resident and the family. Many times the actual resident is researching placement themselves. And yes, I used resident here. Only in ALFs will you here us use resident over patient as these residents live with us again independently as well as assisted to memory care.We need to remove Restorative Nursing from a couple places.I will need a couple of days to ponder on this wording.
This seems like a bigger change, and the client is not even done reviewing everything yet. What should we do?
Thank you.

I think the client's feedback above pulls this site onto a separate track. We'll need to take this back to copy, and that would be after they determine exactly what they want/need for it. We need to know specifically what to change, what to keep, what to lose, which messaging they think doesn't speak to the TA, what they think will resonate with the audience(s), etc.
Since this isn't actionable by Copy, I've reassigned this TO DO back to you.

The client provided us with feedback this morning. Can you please tell us your thoughts on the following?
Visit our community and immediately you’ll notice a difference. Outdoors, landscaping and courtyards are lush and neatly maintained. Inside, private and semi-private rooms are spacious, cheerful and bright. Our care philosophy puts a high priority on hospitality and personal attention – for both residents and family. That person-centric approach is intentional, and it’s part of what separates your experience at ‘center name’.
Assisted Living
Our model features customized care for every resident, developed with the resident, family members and medical professionals. We value transparency and welcome residents’ families and support network to visit and stay involved with the care program. With this approach, your loved one’s specific needs are attended to more effectively than at other communities or in a private home setting.
Memory Care
Thank you
All of this makes sense…somewhat. That “somewhat” has to do with the fact that I was deliberately kept out of the loop on these microsites. So, I get what the client is saying, but I have no familiarity with how it affects the overall messaging. That said, this looks like the sort of problem we have lots of experience solving.
I’d really like to see Betsy do this work, as I’m slammed and behind, but even more because she (and not I) understands all the other considerations that went into this copy. But, I certainly can do the work, if necessary. I’d expect a half-day or less to get it done.
Hope this helps. Let me know.

I sort of agree with Greg's comments above regarding this copy and having Betsy much closer to these. Do we know when she is going to be back? We are on a very tight timeframe to get these microsites completed and I don't want to wait for Betsy to come back as we will miss our goal date.
THANKS!
I've revised this microsite in WordPress per the client's feedback. Changes wherever relevant, and I've totally rewritten the About Us page following the guidance of the "wording they like" input.

Much here is subjective, so your detailed read is warranted.
