Per our conversation, please set up a way to distribute the COVID-19 stats contained in a google sheet that will be directly editable by the client across all of the GCHC microsites.The client will confirm how often the updates will be made.Please note the client would like to make a few changes to the current popup:Change 3rd bullet to:- Pending means that a test has been administered, but results have not been received prior to this information being published.
Add NEW 4th bullet:- Staff members who are active positive are not working until cleared by the local department of health. Active positive staff cases reflect only staff members that are currently out of work due to COVID-positive status.
Add NEW 5th bullet:- Mitigating Factors: restricting visitation, screening staff and essential vendors/visitors with temperature checks, routine symptom checks and temperature/oxygen saturation checks for patients, infection prevention and control procedures in place such as hand hygiene, mask use, social distancing, and routine cleaning/sanitizing.
Add a row AND column as we now need to report staff stats as well:

There's a separate Node app, Mongo database, Google Sheets script, Mongo Stitch app and Wordpress plugin for this one.
The Wordpress plugin for GCHC will be slightly different in that it will have a settings page where you can enter the location ID to be used when pulling the stats. This is in Settings > GCHC Stats on the WP dashboard. Each site will check for updates at intervals only for its location and update the popup when it sees the stats are updated.
The next steps are to have the client fill out the spreadsheet, we install the plugin on all microsites, enter the location ID, and replace the HTML table with the shortcode on the homepage.
