Can you please look into this ASAP?

The client found this issue on DeBary and Olive Branch, but I'm not sure what other microsites it's on. "Online Application Authorization" is missing. (See screenshots below)

It appears when you are logged into the site, but if you log out it dosn't. It also doesn't work on incognito.
