From client:
Do you have any way of tracking the leads that get sent to us through the website? Is there a magic back end system that is capturing this info and can send it to us in a nice easy package?

Is there a more efficient way than going to each of the 46 microsites separately and pulling the leads for them?

All leads from the contact form are sent to the client as they are submitted.

Options could include:

We could provide Analytics access, but that would just show traffic and goal completions, not form details.
We could export leads as a CSV, but this is waste of time for AMs or Developers. I feel like we already do this in some way, since we added the ability for hs-editor accounts to access Gravity Forms.
Automate exporting leads from Gravity Forms on a weekly or monthly basis. We used a plugin on Midwest Vein that would export leads daily, but can be customized to do this weekly/monthly.

If none of these are applicable, then I may not understand the question.
