Can we move the box to the right for just this one? 

I think we need to pick an image that works with the layout, and does not require additional development work, such as moving the box, which may take a few hours to complete. I also fear this could lead to additional requests for customization on the microsites, which could negatively affect the schedule.

I'd prefer if we use the woman in the wheelchair or find an additional photo.

Scott  true we don't want to go down that road. I'll look for another pic.

Can you also please pick another photo for the About Us section on the HP and the About Us page? 

One of the administrators in the picture passed away two years ago, and the family prefers that they don't use it.

Can you try using the group photo for the hero? (flip it as Simona suggested)

If that doesn't look right, just put in the other photo Simona provided, and then I can send to the client and see what they think.
