We're meeting with this client tomorrow to brainstorm a new campaign we're going to be doing for them.

We're moving their retainer ($3,000) into media spend, so we'll have a total of $4,500. As we know, we aren't able to spend all of that in their marketplace, so they've asked us to take on the advertising for another clinic.

First, I doubt we will be making any updates/improvement to the site, but they may be open to recommendations if there are any you would like to provide.
They primarily want to focus on pediatrics, but would also like to do general surgery if there is enough spend.
Key problem: there's been quite a turnover of pediatricians in the practice, which is damaged their reputation on the community & patients aren't sure if they even see kids any more.
So, we need to figure what we want our plan to be - how do we split the budget between the 2 offices? What keywords/tactics do we use for this new office?
There is room for discussion in the meeting tomorrow, but I'd like to have some options/ideas ready to go.

We may need to use some of the initial $3k budget to go towards a setup fee (time is money), possibly $300/$500? Please get with accounting and see what would be reasonable.
