Would you remove contact forms across the website? Client would like to have a global button/link on the top right corner to send patients to the new external appointment page.

I removed the forms and added a button linking to their new platform. We're going to need to update the copy above the button at the bottom of the homepage, the contact page, and the sidebar.

Also, throughout the site, it says, "You can also request an appointment with our easy online form." Should we link "online form" to that platform?
