Per Scott's direction, please perform:- Uncomment the "delete entry" part on #19 from the Hushmail Setup doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xLxeuN383CHoyeBbvyh9YzF3tcMCCyXMjnbnRMx4lDw/edit#
- Test the form, confirm client is receiving submissions and that they are not populating in the Gravity Forms entries section.
- Delete all previous submissions/entries.
