Hey Jon! This client would like to add texting to their rep management package if I'm saying this correctly. The client emailed me this below....Can you help me come up with the costs involved? I can then run by Melissa. And the client for final approval. Thanks!We would like to move forward with texting, but just on the HRMC location. We do not want to use it for Physician’s Clinic or Women’s Wellness at this time.The total for that would be an additional $30/month, correct?How long does it take to get started and what do you need from us?Also – if we send a text, is there a way someone replies STOP and then are automatically opted out? We just don’t want to upset anyone and want to make sure it’s an easy unsubscribe.We will leave the service lines alone for now. With the amount that we get back, if needed I can search lists to figure out service areas.Let me know what else you need from me.
Huron doesn't have anything in Yext. Their reputation management is through GatherUp. I think this is in reference to the TextBack feature
