From Client - Michele Sanchez

I started some of the website review and have attached my notes.
I still need to assign review of the medical and cosmetic pages. [TT: to come]
Some things I would like to address in the meantime,

I think the drop down for the services should be in alpha order. For example, cosmetic dermatology sub-menu starts with botox and bellafill then jumps to scare revision.

Also, Laser Treatments is missing.

There are some other bigger errors such as Sculptra has PDT text (pull from current LVD website) and Restylane has Radiesse text (pull from current IDI website).

Also, the Teledermatology page has links to other websites that have not been updated to next pt.  Instead of links, should it just be the next pt scheduling widget by zip code?

At IDI, we offer a wide variety of surgical treatment options for your specific skin care needs.  You can count on IDI to create a treatment plan tailored to your short- and long-term health goals, from simple office procedures to more complex skin cancer surgery.  We offer a wide range of services performed in the comfort of our unique office locations.
Whether you have moles or cysts that need to be removed, scars that need attention, or have been recently diagnosed with skin cancer, we use state-of-the-art dermatology procedures for optimal results.  Our patient-first approach allows us to work closely to meet your needs and our surgical dermatologist team is adept at performing common to complex procedures for patients of all ages.
Our dermatological experts are experienced in treating all stages of skin cancer.  We understand the vulnerability that can come with a skin cancer diagnosis, and we are here to help you through it with the best treatment available.
Excision and Repair
A common surgical procedure used to remove various forms of benign skin lesions, like cysts, moles, and scars.  It can also be used to treat skin cancer, including basal cell, squamous cell carcinoma, and malignant melanoma.

Mohs Surgery
Boasting a high cure rate for many skin cancers, Mohs surgery is an excellent option for skin cancer removal in cosmetically sensitive areas that require high cure rates and conservation of skin removed.

Cosmetic Procedures (I.e. please move out of surgery area)
Punch Elevation
A procedure used for acne scar removal.  It involves intricate removal of acne scars via a specialized surgical instrument.  This method allows only the affected area to be removed, leaving all nearby healthy tissue alone. Healing time is minimal, and results are optimized.

Scar Revision
Scar revision can involve treatment with lasers, intralesional injections, cryotherapy, or surgery.  With the help of our team, you can dramatically improve the existing appearance of a scar.  Scar revision methods vary based on the size, location, and nature of the original injury.

Subcision
An effective procedure for treating atrophic, or depressed, scars, subcision works to free the scarred area from the underlying tissue. A skilled dermatologist inserts a small, specialized needle below the skin’s surface to raise the area back up to standard skin elevation. Little to no downtime is required post-op for most patients.

Surgical dermatology options vary by patient, personal diagnosis, and long-term treatment goals. Your treatment plan is in reach- don’t delay! Please Book An Appointment with a member of our team today to learn more.

Miscellaneous
As far as the provider page, it should be in alphabetical order by provider type.

For the conditions drop down, skin diseases, should mole be moles?
For the conditions drop down, cosmetic/aesthetic should it be wrinkle or wrinkles?

SERVICES DROP DOWN MENU
Services should be in alpha order. For example, cosmetic dermatology sub-menu starts with botox and bellafill then jumps to scare revision.  Also, Laser Treatments is missing.

Do you know where I can find the right copy for the Restylane page? It's not correct on the main IDI site: https://www.illinoisderm.com/restylane

Brian Garcia, Healthcare Success Brian can you answer this question?
"Teledermatology page has links to other websites that have not been updated to Next Patient.  Instead of links, can it be the Next Patient scheduling widget by zip code?"
  • If so, what do I tell work hero?
  • BTW im having work hero create a teledermatology page on staging. I thought we already had one, but apparently not so they are working on that.

Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby
That IDI nextpatient excel doc is somehow damaged. I think work hero can use like half of it, but I'm wondering if you have a clean copy somewhere?

When I try and open it, it also breaks on me, and I'm not sure that when it repairs itself it repairs all the way.

screenshot work hero sent me of what they can see:

any IDI site, WH cannot update. Edith or I would have to update except for the staging site that we are building.

where do you want us to add the code to? the main site? https://www.illinoisderm.com/
Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success
I just asked Michele (client) -
the answer is to use the information in the LakeviewDerm website -
however - there are three Restylane references in that site -
so I had to ask her -
we should know shortly.

Please keep in mind that work hero is still fixing some of the items you listed  above.

1. Bill pay link updated. I'm asking them to make sure it opens up in a new tab.

2. The bio of Melanie Griem is also cut off on the live site. What should we update it to? (just add her name at the beginning?) https://www.illinoisderm.com/melaniegriem

3. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/michigan-city-office/ hours were updated

4. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/portage-office/ this page was updated with hours and doctors

5. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/calumet-city-office/ this page was updated with hours and doctors

6. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/chicago-lakeview-office/ this page was updated with hours and doctors.
  • I only instructed work hero to update the Thursday hours, but I feel like they may have updated every day to be the same. Can you see which hours we should have? this is a note for all location pages, since I don't know what the hours were before they made this round of updates.
7. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/chicago-loop-office/  all hours except Thursdays were updated, I asked them to fix Thursday

8. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/elk-grove-village-office/  updated some hours, but not M or Thurs so they are fixing it. Added the one doc though

9. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/ Matt Harris added

10. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/doctors/john-b-kalis/ bio added

11. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hyde-park-office/ added docs and fixed hours, but which conditions and procedures are we supposed to add? There's nothing on the live site location page.

12. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/la-grange-office/ traci was added

13. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/northbrook-office/ docs were added and hours were updated

14. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/oak-park-office/ docs were added

15. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/park-ridge-office/ docs and hours were updated

16. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/skokie-office/ docs and hours were updated

17. I just made the decision and had work hero updated these to:
  • For the conditions drop down, skin diseases, update to "Moles"
  • For the conditions drop down, cosmetic/aesthetic update to "Wrinkles"
18. SERVICES DROP DOWN MENU and sub menus are all in alphabetical order now

19. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/cosmetic-dermatology/sculptra/ copy was updated

20. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/teledermatology/ video added at bottom

21. I'm confused on the below copy request.
  • Does the client want to replace all of the current copy that's on those pages I listed below? (Mohs, punch, scar, subcision)
  • OR did they get confused, and they are asking us to update the white boxes that are on this page? https://ididerm.wpengine.com/surgical-dermatology/
Mohs Surgery
Boasting a high cure rate for many skin cancers, Mohs surgery is an excellent option for skin cancer removal in cosmetically sensitive areas that require high cure rates and conservation of skin removed.

Cosmetic Procedures (I.e. please move out of surgery area) - I asked work hero to move this page under Services, Cosmetic Dermatology

I thought that we weren't doing Next Patient by zip code? But if we are, where should work hero implement that?

Code for the NextPatient ZipCode ask:

<div id="nextpatient-widget"></div>
<script src="https://nextpatient.co/p/illinoisderm/provider-search.js" async></script>

Did we figure out if there was a general next patient link that we were supposed to add instead of the two white boxes? (is that what the nextpatientt zip code thing is for?)

Hi Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success Celeste hopefully I am able to answer some questions below! I will conduct an audit of all hours tomorrow!

2. It looks like the wrong bio is used for Melanie Griem on the current site. Her correct bio is below and image is attached.

Thursday’s 8:30am- 4:30pm
Crown point

Dr. Melanie Griem is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist who has been in practice in Northwest Indiana since 1995. She joined Illinois Dermatology Institute in March 2019.

Dr. Griem graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bowdoin College with a degree in Mathematics. She received her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. After a medical internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, she finished her dermatology training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She returned to the University of Chicago for her fellowship training in dermatopathology. Dr. Griem is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology

Dr Griem has strong ties to Northwest Indiana having grown up in the area. She values the relationships she has built over the years with her patients. She strives to teach her patients to better understand their skin problems. Dr. Griem takes a kind and respectful approach, listening to the concerns her patients have about their skin conditions. Dr. Griem wants to be a partner with each patient she sees, as they work towards better health and best results for their skin problems. Dr. Griem thinks about each patient's needs, with attention to keep the dermatology care she provides accessible and affordable.

11. I will clarify with the client

21.  https://ididerm.wpengine.com/surgical-dermatology/the boxes are what need updating, great catch!

Zip Code Calendly Question
-For those two boxes (New Patients and Existing Patients), we got Michele to keep the boxes and have them still link to the 'Contact Us' Page. On the contact us page it should then have the zip code Calendly widget.

Let me know if you need any more clarification!

There is the zip code widget on this page. Is this the right one? Work hero thinks the code you provided is already what's on the staging site.

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hyde-park-office/
They added the conditions and procedures to this page. Did you want each bullet point linked out to the individual pages? I had provided that to work hero, but they didn't do it yet.

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/doctors/
Work hero added the next patient links for the providers which is great, except below is one example of what it looks like.
  • Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby   Should there only be the top widget, which is specific to the doctor? And the 2nd widget with the zip code option should be removed from the provider pages?
  •  work hero said  "There are two doctos mentioned on the spreadsheet (Steven Goulder, MD and Janet Wojcikiewicz, RN) that aren't available neither on the staging or live website."    Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby do you have bio information and photos for those two people? We'd have to create 2 more pages.
  • I'm not seeing widget codes for Eugene Mandrea, David Rosen, Luis Flores on the spreadsheet. Do you have those? Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby
  •  Allyson Fields doesn't have a bio. Do you have it? Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby

Thank you!

CC: Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim
Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success

I don't remember seeing this client concern earlier -

"Then only issue that is still bothering me is the book now option.  I think it should be front and center, not just off to the side under contact us.   Should it also be on every page?  I click on acne, like what it has to say, shouldn't I be prompted to book?  If I go to bellafill, I have the option to book an appt but to do that, I have to scroll through another page to get to the very bottom to book."

So this is major page layout concern - but I'm wondering if it is really like that - we designed pages that minimize the opportunity to respond? Isn't this really set up for Next Patient response?

(but it does provide a heads up on the Lakeview microsite - where each service has either Next Patient or a response number and maybe that's driving this thought.)

I'll have to find the beta site links to check -

Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success
Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim This is the kind of change that deviates from the approved designs that puts the launch date at risk.

OPTION A We can certainly add "Book An Appointment" in a bright colored button in the very top header to the right of Patient Portal that will take you to the contact us page. That would be on every page. We can easily do that now.

OPTION B Changes other than the header change I suggested above (i.e., touching every page possibly in a different way for each) that deviates from the approved designs will push us into January and those changes will be done in the retainer rather than the website project.

Happy to do option A or option B above. Let me know what the client wants to do.

Thanks,
Barbara

Hi Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success Celeste follow-up to your questions below!

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/doctors/
Should there only be the top widget, which is specific to the doctor? And the 2nd widget with the zip code option should be removed from the provider pages?

-Correct, please remove the zip code widget and leave the NextPatient code specific to the doctor on their individual pages

I
'm not seeing widget codes for Eugene Mandrea, David Rosen, Luis Flores on the spreadsheet. Do you have those?

-I believe those doctors do not have a NextPatient portal and will need have to be a call to book situation. Will clarify with client.

Regarding the three missing bios, I will also follow up with the client!

CC: Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim
Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success thanks!

Oh I missed one Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success Celeste !

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hyde-park-office/
They added the conditions and procedures to this page. Did you want each bullet point linked out to the individual pages? I had provided that to work hero, but they didn't do it yet.

-Will the other location pages also link out? If so, then let's follow that format

Also appreciate you being on top of this!

CC: Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim
Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success
Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success Celeste Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success Barbara we just had the meeting for all consolidated feedback.
I already warned the client that this feedback would push us back into a January launch. If you could let me know if my hunch is correct and a new launch date on the feedback below then I will relay it to the client.  Michele is perfectly fine with a  January launch, but just want to ensure James understands as well.

1. Move forward with Option A. (listed below) But instead of putting to the right of 'Patient Portal'; eliminate "Teledermatology" completely and put 'Book an Appointment" in its place.

OPTION A We can certainly add "Book An Appointment" in a bright-colored button in the very top header to the right of Patient Portal that will take you to the contact us page. That would be on every page. We can easily do that now.

2.  https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/
Remove, 'botox', 'Fillers' and "laser treatments" from conditions treated and move to Procedures"

3. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/contact-us/
The client does not have an email for the form to go to and has asked us to eliminate the page altogether. From my understanding having a 'Contact Us' page is best practice correct?

4. Reviews
We have one quote now, client is searching for the additional.

"Thanks IDI for taking such good care of me for over a year! Your knowledge, efficiency, and kindness are much appreciated."
Mary Anne

5. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/book-an-appointment/
Client would like the "New Patient" and "Existing Patients" boxes moved to the top of the page, right underneath the header image if possible. That way users do not have to scroll all the way down to the page.

CC: Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim
Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success
Book an Appointment will link to the contact us page. We can't get rid of that page.
Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success
Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success Barbara  Is it possible to delete the form and just leave just the NextPatient Schedule?
Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success
I did not realize there is already a Book An Appointment page. I think we should add the next patient form at the top of the page on https://ididerm.wpengine.com/book-an-appointment/ in addition to moving those 2 boxes higher up on the page. But we would have to remove the links to the contact us page in those 2 boxes if we are getting rid of the contact us page.

I do not recommend deleting the contact us page. It's fine if we leave the next patient form on https://ididerm.wpengine.com/contact-us/ and just remove to form to submit a message, however most contact us pages include an address and phone, so we should include a link to the locations page. So something like the following under the next patient form:

Looking for our locations and hours?
Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success
Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby
  1. Eugene Mandrea, David Rosen, Luis Flores were removed from the site.
  2. All provider pages were updated so only their next patient schedule is showing.

Should I have work hero make these changes?

1. https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/
Remove, 'botox', 'Fillers' and "laser treatments" from conditions treated and move to Procedures"

Are there any other colors on the site other than light blue and an even lighter blue? Any accent colors?

Tim and Gabby - what color would the client be ok adding to that button? We can make it the same blue as everything else, or we can add another stand-out color. (she says while the design team cringes in the corner - haha)
Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success

Designers choice - not letting the client pick colors : )

but it should not just blend into the background -

thanks.

Hi Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success Barbara Celeste Ethington, Healthcare Success Celeste

Tim Thom, Senior Account Director at Healthcare Success Tim confirmed with the client that the teledermatology page can be removed.

Barbara, I agree with your suggestion regarding the contact us page and edits to the "Book an Appointment" page.

Celeste, I think you are good to move forward with those edits to WH.
Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success
Edith Fu, Web Developer at Healthcare Success Edith

Can you please add the "Book an Appointment" CTA button on the top header? Color #F2B000.

The button will then go to this page: https://ididerm.wpengine.com/book-an-appointment/

Hi Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby ,

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/
I have added a CTA button to the header

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/
removed the 3 services

I removed the Teledermatology page from the navigation

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/contact-us/
The email contact form has been removed

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/book-an-appointment/
I moved the the two white boxes and added the widget by copying the same code from the Contact Us page.
Do you know if there is a zip code only version for this widget (if that's what you meant by zip code nextpatient widget)? If so, can you send me a link (any client will be), I just need to look at how the script is included to render a zip code only widget.

Thank you.

Hi Edith Fu, Web Developer at Healthcare Success Edith thanks for working on these edits, you continue to shine like a star.
A few things I saw when QC's.

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/
Can you move 'botox', 'Fillers' and "laser treatments" to the procedures section?

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/
I am still seeing the "Teledermatology"  on the header navigation

https://ididerm.wpengine.com/book-an-appointment/
Code for zip code:
<div id="nextpatient-widget"></div>
<script src="https://nextpatient.co/p/illinoisderm/provider-search.js" async></script>

Edith - I cleared cache and still see Teledermatology in the nav to the right above the new orange button.

Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success Barbara , Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby , Oh I see! I removed a link from the "Services" dropdown that has the same title, haha

So.. only remove it from next to "Patient Portal" and put it back in the dropdown? i.e. we are not taking out the page, just that we don't want it to be linked here?

Thanks.

Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby ,

My bad, completely missed the "move to procedures" part. They are added now.
https://ididerm.wpengine.com/locations/hinsdale-office/

For the zip code search, that is the code I am using, but it is also showing the other search fields, is that correct? I just wasn't sure when you said "zip code widget", if you meant that it should only has a single field for a zip code and not all the other fields.

Thanks!
Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success
Gabby - do they want us to remove the Teledermatology page completely? That is what I assumed they wanted.
Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success
Hi Barbara Weeks, Healthcare Success Barbara correct, let's remove the teledermatology page completely.

Edith Fu, Web Developer at Healthcare Success Edith that is the correct widget with the forms :) Thanks for all the updates!

Gabby Villegas, Healthcare Success Gabby ,

Just to clarify, the Teledermatology link has been removed from the header section completely. I will handle its redirect in the 301 redirect task (to be completed).

I saw your note about the missing bio, so I added that in too.
