Would be curious about the page flow graphs, to see what users do. Can you send that if you have time?

I don't suppose they do call attribution? It's confusing bc if the Call Us goal is met after 1 pageview, it counts as a bounce!

Not sure about call tracking, but I did grab some additional info on user, behavior and goal flows for the thank you pages, which were the only goals in Analytics.
