I think we need to take the target location from 350 miles down to 250. 
Any locations that fall out of the 250 mile radius - Just add to the radius targeting (should only be 1-3 locations).   The CPC is rising fast so we will need to be more tightly wound Geographically.

OK, thanks Raheim. If we do that, will there be room in the budget for the US based campaign with Chicago and Chicago area keywords. 

The client is interested in promoting the young adult residential facility in Lakeview in Chicago- any ideas?

What we'll have to spend isn't quite clear yet, but we can definitely set aside budget for the Chicago campaign - They've already accumulated some rollover spend so Friday and or Early next week we'll have a better idea of how to allocate.  But the next priority campaign(s) should be the 'Chicago Teen' campaign. 

Also... I would like to put a very small percentage into Display - put To Do in for display ads that will match up coming landing page.
