Hi Sarah, can you please do an audit of the creative that was run for SynergenX on FB over the past 12 months and
1. provide screen shots of the best-performing assets? I'd like to use this to inform creative direction going forward
2. provide screenshots of the creative that is currently running
Lmk if you have questions. Thank you!
1) Current campaigns are all Traffic campaigns with the objective of
link clicks. The objective should be conversions and should track a
form fill button on the landing page.
2) I think a campaign budget optimization campaign with each location
in different adsets would be more effective.
3) If their budget is $12k/month, why is the spend only $358 this month?
4) The lookalike audiences are meant to be their own targeting but
there are also several other parameters and interest targeting added
in the audiences, we should take those out and only utilize geo.
5) Segment all audiences. LAL, Retargeting and Interest-based.
6) Split testing - there is no current split testing which is a useful
tool for growing campaigns.
7) Dynamic ads allow for multiple headlines, captions, images and the
algorithm puts them together in combinations that are specific to the
particular viewer, they are very effective and wwe do not currently
have any.
8) Is there a reason the retargeting goes to the regular site but the
others go to the landing page?
9) The landing page should have a form at the very top. You can barely
see the action button "get my $25 test" It also just looks like a
bunch of banner ads strewn together which can be a deterrent to
potential leads. The entire page should be simplified, with a form at
the top.
10) The retargeting ads all have LAL audiences in them and customer
lists. Unless it is a new offer, the customer list should not be in
there. And LAL typically should be segmented. Should be audiences like
"people who visited the website and spent x amount of time, but did
not fill out the form"
11) The Facebook and IG are very confusing, have little to no
information about the actual business, and do not portray what the
company is. It is all holidays and sports. No clear aesthetic. No bio
on FB page. A random person would not upon first glance would not know
what this company does. Here is a new IG page that shows cohesive
branding: www.instagram.com/hone.health
12) The social media links are not on their website (that I can see)
Multiple images we can use for dynamic ads as opposed to one at a time.
Slideshows, videos, animations - anything that shows movement as it has become essential on these platforms.
Showing "fit" people
Just a few ideas for now.
