Niki Kaylor, Director of Client Services at Healthcare Success Niki :  Looks good. There is a lot of copy inconsistency, but we should deal with that after they fill in all the blanks, so that we do not have to do it twice.

Here is the document that features the full "profile" for each location. It's one document, with one page for each location (total of 46 locations/pages). Mail Merge is awesome. Worked like a charm!


Basically, we need:
  • All blanks filled in (or marked N/A with reason why)
  • Any existing content corrected, modified, deleted, etc.
  • Whatever else they determine we should know or need.

Please note, that this does not represent how the information will be presented. First, a lot of normalizing/correcting will take place after the content has been provided and blessed by the client. Second, there may be certain categories that we combine, separate, delete or add anew. Lastly, we have not yet determined the presentation of the content. This is all about receiving rather than transmitting.

Here is the updated Details By Location document for the client to review. This is the d2. It includes the Center # and details about the AHCA's Nat'l Quality Awards, which were both taken from the new spreadsheet. This is already posted on the Message Board where Niki parked the new spreadsheet. Just being thorough. (BTW, the Google Sheet is also updated.)

I get why "add'l details" might be left blank, but not "community demographics" and "average stay." Can we try hard to get them, at least with the remaining 31 locations, to leave no blanks other than "add'l details"?
