Barbara Brian  I know I've asked before (so my apologies!) but what exactly do I need to ask for? In a way that the client will understand, to be safe. Unless they already know what's happening and this is just a follow up.

Correct, per the email the contract ended and it was web hosting only so we wouldn't to do a full cancellation checklist since we weren't doing paid search, etc.

Aurora  Did you call Kim per the above trail so that Brian can complete the website transfer?

Barbara I have added Jack to the site, a plugin for the migration has been installed.

I am not sure if you want me to communicate with him in order to expedite the process and close this.

Rosa - would you please email Stewart (copy Aurora) and ask him what we should do. That we reach out a number of times to Kim and did not hear back and now reached out to Jack and he has not moved the site either. They stopped paying us for hosting at the end of February, yet we are still hosting the site on WP Engine. Do we have his approval to lock the site on WP engine? The client has what they need to move the site elsewhere.

Back in February 2022, your hosting agreement with Healthcare Success ended.

We provided jack@tdg.agency admin access to the www.huronobgyn.org site and there is a plugin installed for you to copy the site to your new fresh install of wordpress on your server. We are standing by to help with the transfer, but request that you take care of this right away. 

Please note that if we do not hear from you, we will be removing the www.huronobgyn.org website from WPEngine on Monday 4/11/22.
