Hi Greg,

RR: 3/3
Moderate

The client has requested that we look into possibly creating a page on the website that is dedicated to their education initiatives. What information do you need in order to write this page? If you have suggestion on a different place to include this educational initiative, please advise. I am open to your input. I am including the note from the client for additional information.

FROM CLIENT
We have a significant education initiative ongoing at CJDiv. We have medical students(from Rutgers medical school), pharmacy students and pharmacy residents(Eileen has the info), NP students from three different programs (Shannon can give you the info), and we have high school students doing projects during the Summer. We need to promote the idea that we have research, education, etc.

Let myself or Diana know if you need anything else.

Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe :  In order to write a page about the education initiatives, I need to know everything I can about them. Why have them? Why promote them? What are they? Who are they for? What are their purposes? What happens?

I've created the attached Interview questions to help us get to the info we need. We could send these or interview the client. There are pros and cons for each option. I recommend checking with Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana and/or Niki Kaylor, Director of Client Services at Healthcare Success Niki .

Please advise.

Thank you for checking in! Diana said both the education initiatives page and clinical trials page can wait until she is back, so there is no action needed at this time.
Greg Ashbaugh, Sr. Copywriter at Healthcare Success Thanks, Chloe!

Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana and Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe :  Here are the new questions for Bruno & Co. regarding the "education initiatives." Every single one of the old questions was irrelevant. All were retooled based on our call today. Take a look. If good, please send on to Bruno, with my advance thanks.

I have a due date of tomorrow on the Education Initiative thing for RCCA. What's the status on the updated questions I provided above? Have those been sent to Bruno? Do we know when we'll have them back?

Please advise. I'm not going to make tomorrow's deadline in the absence of Bruno's answers to the revised questions.

Let close this to do out. I have sent the questions over to Bruno but have not heard back. As this didn't seem to be a very high priority for them im not going to make it one for us. Let's table this for a separate to do if anything comes of it based on Bruno's feedback.

Thanks! Closing out to do

Hi Greg Ashbaugh, Sr. Copywriter at Healthcare Success Greg ,

We just received the completed Education/ Training questions from Dorothy. We will discuss all of this on our call tomorrow, but could please review all the answers they provided and then give suggestions as to how we should go about adding this information on the website? Should we add a new page? If so, where? Should we just add on the homepage? Also, any other additional questions or thoughts.

Client feedback:
You will see on the last page, info on overall efforts the MDs are involved in. Dr. Nissenblatt runs two charities that are large in the community – the Challah Fund and Partners in Healing. Dr. Fang has requested that we do a piece on that too.

Thanks you!

Chloe Ribotsky, Healthcare Success Chloe Diana Pinedo, Account Supervisor at Healthcare Success Diana  - Can we push this out to at least tomorrow? Maybe Monday?

I just wanted to get some preliminary thoughts since I have a 9 am meeting tomorrow morning. But yes, we can push out until the end of next week since its not a high priority item.

If reading and opining is all that's needed here, I can certainly do that in the wee-early tomorrow, before the 9am meeting. Sorta newly slammed, though.

Greg Ashbaugh, Sr. Copywriter at Healthcare Success Greg  - if you can squeeze in some reading and opining, that would be great. However, if you cannot please let us know before the meeting. Thanks!

I've read the responses and have thoughts. Here goes...

  • This warrants a page, for sure. Not yet sure what to call it, but that's immaterial at this point.
  • I recommend we add it to the About section after the QOPI page and before the Testimonials page.
  • As for "outlining" the page, we don't typically do that (and I realize you're not pushing me for that; just being fully clear). Really, they just provided us the outline. As for what to use, in what order and how presented, that is all stuff that gets figured out in the writing. Like all our pages, I'd like to write it and submit it and see what they say. They tend to like how we operate/think.
  • The info in these answered questions is really great marketing stuff. It's a huge credibility builder. So in addition to a dedicated page (a slam-dunk), I recommend we add mention of the education/training stuff throughout the site. It's a rocking differentiation point, like "experienced" or "board-certified" or any of a hundred great things about this practice. Like those, we should mention this stuff, and we should link to the page in some of those cases (but likely not all). Where to add it? Wherever it is appropriate, not distracting and not overdone.
  • I do NOT think we should add a new section to the Home Page on the education stuff. We can mention, but it's really a subset for About.
  • The high school stuff may warrant another page, one covering community involvement. For that, I recommend we also include the Nissenblatt charity stuff and all their other involvement efforts (such as Elijah's Promise and other things in which they are involved).
  • For this community involvement page, I recommend we put it in the About section after the Patient Testimonials page.
  • I'd also add a section on community involvement to the Home Page. However, the Accessibility section currently discusses community involvement. I recommend we revise that section to focus solely on accessibility and create a new Home Page section focused on community involvement, an important topic for this client.
Hope this arms you for the call. Let me know if any questions, etc. Thanks!
