A Google search for the address on South Hickory Street returns “Leonard Weaver Blvd” as the street name. This name also appears on the map everywhere the map appears. I presume the street name has undergone a change recently, but from which to what is unknown. Unless you already know what the situation is, this bears an inquiry with Melbourne’s City Manager.

We are only using Silver for the AHCA award -- I just need to double check their CMS rating. If they have at least a 4-star CMS it should be added. And then the ratings page should only talk about CMS. Hold on a sec - I'll check!
