Niki Kaylor, Director of Client Services at Healthcare Success Niki : Yes, I did. My "no clue" above was the result of me not understanding what was being asked. For sure, we need to be providing clean documents (no track changes).
 
Betsy did mention that she may sometimes use track changes just so the AMs can see what was done. But when I do that, I supply the clean version AND the tracked-changes FYI version. 

Hope this is clear enough. Apologies for the goof above.
