Answers here in bold from client:


We are using any and all of the materials you shared with us for each location’s microsite. We see for Boyington Health and Rehab that there is an extensive list of services (section of flyer below). Do other facilities offer such an extensive list of SERVICES? This would be helpful for us as we write and build out each microsite. – Each center offers the standard skilled nursing services and some offer more specialized services.  These should be included on the center info sheets we completed or you may reference the center rack cards..

Also, does each location have a Guide to Recovery like the attached for Olive Branch? If yes, can you share with us? – Each center does have a Guide To Recovery (GTR) and we can provide these to you.  Currently only the new builds have the GTR presentation of Olive’s.  The remaining centers have a GTR that is in a PDF format, which I will work to download those to Kim and Nicole and they can forward to you if you need them.  Our goal is to get all of the centers a GTR that presents like Olive.
 
Specific questions for Boyington: 
  • How does the Hospitalist program with Memorial Hospital work? Does a doctor who works out of Memorial treat patients onsite at Boyington? (there is a broad definition of “Hospitalist” but we’d like to know how you define it at Boyington) - A doctor that is employed by Memorial Hospital rounds at Boyington and a NP that is employed by Memorial Hospital is stationed in the center 5 days a week.
  • Boyington has 14 private therapy suites – are these for Restorative Nursing care in particular? - These are for short-term therapy patients who will discharge back into the community.
  • One last thing: Is it “Boyington?” Or “The Boyington” (the flyer and other materials and the current microsite differ on name use) – The Change of Name Legal Document shows “Boyington” without the “The.”  That is what we should go with.
